Are you moving? An arrest warrant will be issued and if you're ever stopped or questioned by the police you will probably be arrested. More details needed but I suspect you will be in more trouble for not appearing than you'd be in if you appeared to face the DUI. Also, you will probably be better off facing this in juvenile court now than as an adult later. As a juvenille the records get sealed. If you get emancipated to face charges as an adult the record will follow you forever. What do you mean by you won’t be around? Are you moving?
