Could anyone tell me whether I can file another complaint to the court on the charge of malpractice against the social worker ?

A doctor sews a surgical instrument up in a patient, his a** is twisting in the wind.

Medicine is not a perfect science. Patients respond differently to the same treatments; doctors don’t always have all of the relevant information; decisions sometimes have to be made quickly without the aid of all possible diagnostic tests. Plus it is often difficult or impossible to know who will have what side effects.

And it seems that anytime the outcome is bad…they sue the doctor. I understand that sometimes there is malpractice and the doctor has to pay…but also things can go wrong without being the doctors fault..or it could be human error. How can this be controlled?
