Driving under the influence?
My husband’s cousin was driving under the influence of alcohol(beer)He hit another car and his blood alcohol was .25 he is 49 and weighs alittle over 200lbs.this was in Washington state what will happen to him.This is not his first DUI.His car also went in the ditch upsidedown and peramedics had to help him out of his car and up a hill.

OK, hopefully next time he kills himself and not a family of 4. The end.
Since this isn’t his first DUI and laws are getting stricter he might have to do jail time, of course is going to have a large fine, won’t have his license, will have to do some sort of class for alcohol, and probably some community service. Thats a pretty high blood alcohol level. He might also get charged for hitting another car. This is why you should never drink and drive!
