How could the police easily test people who've been driving under the influence of marijuana?

Roadside urine tests are out and those tests will show thc in the system for way too long after.
That’s what I hate.
Who cares if someone’s had a spliff two days ago?
I don’t condone driving under the influence btw.

I was pulled over a while back and I had to go take a pee test, i tested positive for thc even though i hadn’t even smoked that whole week but I got a ticket for operating while under the influence just because it was in my system.

Offer then a choice between a large sum of money or a playstation. No stoned person could refuse a bit of PS3 action! hehe

A few years back there was a device invented that scans the eyeball and can tell if a person is under the influence of anything at that particular moment….but it was too expensive to produce in large quantity’s. At the moment the most they can do is a field sobriety test…checking eye movement and such….and if you refuse that they can test your blood. Testing the blood can now measure influence by the concentration of THC in the blood. Of course we all know that the joint a person smoked over the weekend will show up on a blood test but it will be a weaker concentration of THC than if the joint was smoked 5 minutes ago.
