    Whatever the court order says.
Usually until 18 or graduated from high school.

When your daughter is 18, she is no longer a child, therefore, you do not need to pay child support! You have the option of helping her pay for college if you want, but her mother should be putting aside some of the child support for her school.

    Usually 18.
College is a choice. Not a requirement. it would be nice of you to help her with it. Seeing as you’re her father, but it is not mandatory. Do the right thing

If she goes to college, you must STILL pay through age 21 for child support if she is living with your ex. Of she is on her own, she must pay for herself. If she marries before 21, child support stops. College tuition, should she remain enrolled, goes through age 22….and this is the reality of how judges are ruling no matter what is already written. The interests of the children always take president over whatever the parities agree to in writing.

automatically until she’s 18. It’s up to the mother to go see a judge and file for more support if your daughter decides to go to college…my neighbor received until her daughter was 24 !!! yes sir’…24 yrs. old….until she finished ALL her school …..now her daughter is a psychologist..=)

It depends on what state you live in. Some states terminate the support at age 18 or graduation from high school, whichever comes first (PA is one of them). Other states order support until age 21 if the child is a full-time student (NJ is one of them). Contact your local agency or look on their website to find their emancipation requirements.
