How long will the child support process take?
I just filed a petition for child support on my kids father friday. I was wondering what anyone else has experienced with the process.

Usually it dosne’t take but a month or so i believe if they can find him right away. The good thing is it will be backing up as back pay for you for as long as he isn’t paying. Depending what state your in they don’t usually mess around when it comes to paying child support. Good Luck to you
i did mine a month ago and still have not recieved any information about it!!
hes already on childsupport for our 1st kid and they have all the info they need but they still have not sent me anything
