How often is child support in the state of Michigan dispursed to payee?

My ex-husbands Child support order will be starting August 1st. Do I recieve payments as often as he pays in (weekly) or do the Friend of the court let it accure, and I get one monthly check? So my question is Do I get child support weekly or monthly ?

   I use 2 get it weekly when my ex got payed weekly….but now he is a deadbeat….

   usually receive payments based on their employer paid weeks..you could also check with your child support case manager
