IS it still possible to get on the class action suit against h and r block?

I did rapid refund several times in the past years and was recently informed that i might be eligeble for a cut on the class action suit. Because of my many moves over the years i feel the lawfirm may not have been able to contact me. Does anyone know who i would contact for this information

   h and r block must disclose the pending suit to you if you request it however i am afraid you might have missed that boat.

   it is still worth a try
