What should i do? should i appear in court for him, and explain that he was deported, that he is not in this country? I’m scared, i have a child and dont’ want any officer knocking at my door at 3 a.m looking for my boyfriend! what can i do?

they should know that he was deported…the court is probably the one that made it happen.
Just go to the circuit clerks office and explain before court that way they can make a docket entry before the court date.

FYI – Your precious boy-toy was not deported for DUI or No Ops. He was deported becuase he was an illegal alien in the United States of America.

Here’s the simple way to handle that, make a copy of the letter, write a short letter explaining the situation (keep a copy), if you have any deportation documents attach copies. Send all this to the address the letter came from and put the ball back in their court. Good Luck.
