Im guessing that their would be nothing the cop could do if you weren’t drinking alchol. You would past the breath test, and even if they did a blood test it would only show caffeine, which their is no law that prohibits driving on a surger high.

Is there a number or level of THC to determine when a driver has smoked and if he is presently driving under the influence?
