A.) They will put points under your name for when you get your license
B.) The DMV will impound your vehicle
C.) You will need to wait a year before you can apply for a license
D.) You will need to pay fines to the DMV
None of the above. The DMV doesn’t assign points or fine you. The courts do that, and you pay the fines to the court. You would get a ticket for DUI and failure to carry your license if you actually had one but weren’t carrying it, or driving without a license if you don’t have one at all. There is a chance of going to jail, and having your car impounded.
you probably wont get a license back, they will impound your car, unless they pulled you over in your private property aka your driveway. Also it all depends on how many strikes you have, if this is the first time , they’re leniant. but because you didn’t have a license, your fucked dude

Sorry to say, DUI, no license and if
under age….
You are screwed.
You will receive points, your car may be impounded, you may have to wait to get your license and you will be fined but the DMV doesn’t impound vehicles and they don’t fine you, the courts do though
but if we do your homework, how will you ever learn?
It’s not like there is such a charge as driving under the influence without a license. You would be charged with two different things: 1) Driving without a license> usually a punishment of usually a $1000 fine and 10 days in jail. 2) Driving under the influence of alcohol> 24 hours in jail plus a huge fine. You’ll also be prohibited from obtaining a drivers license for at least 2 years.
Jurisdictions may differ…but what I just said is what will for sure happen in the State of Georgia. But likely, in any other state, you’ll get something like that, assuming it’s your first offense.
