What is the Florida statue Number for child support denying a passport if you are behind in child support?

I need the Florida statue (number) for the new law passed on denial for a passport if you are behind in child support. I can’t seem to find the actual law. All I am able to find is information about it and to read it, but I need the specific law number. Thanks
It is a new law that was just passed and I need the statue number. I don’t care if the state enforces it or not, you can not get a passport if you are 2500 or more behind in child support!!!!!!

   Passport are issued by the feds, not the state. Any state law would be invalid.
