Wrong. It doesn't violate freedom of speech. Research what FREEDOM OF SPEECH is.

Yahoo is a PRIVATE entity and freedom of speech does NOT apply to privately owned websites. They reserve the right to censor you, as you're posting on THEIR website, and by posting and registering, you know that agreement you adhere to when registering? It explains all that.

Why don't you sit down and talk to a lawyer, and find out the definition of legal/ illegal??
Here is the idea.. there is a sign at the front door that says "this is a private business, if you want to play here, there are the rules."

Absolutely legal. You have no "freedom of speech" here.

As your suit lacks merit, I will not be in it. Freedom of speech is freedom from government action, not private action. Yahoo is private and can control your speech just as you can throw someone out of your house if they keep talking in a manner that is contrary to your rules.

Yahoo is not violating anything. They have terms of use and you have to abide by them. Freedom of speach only goes so far. Kinda like you cant walk in a movie theater and yell fire. That will get you in trouble.

Not me! Why? Because Yahoo is NOT violating your freedom of speech. Why is that? Because YOU agreed to the terms and conditions. You may wish to look into this before making a fool out of yourself!

Not me. I like you agreed to the Yahoo terms of Service to use their site.
You agreed to play by their rules. You are wasting your time. You have not talked to a lawyer because they would have told you the same thing I just did.

Not to mention you have no monetary damages to collect in any case.

I have to say i'd be down, but you signed an agreement. Plus I fear my answer will be removed, so no.
