You should specify exactly what "constitutional rights" you think are being violated. Of course, we will then explain to you why they are not.

There are certain laws which Yahoo! must respect and follow. Such laws would include the Americans with Disabilities Act and the like.

However, if, as your post almost implies, you believe that Yahoo! is violiating your rights by removing your posts or censoring/limiting your posts, I think you'll find that is actually something you agreed to.

When you become a use on Yahoo! (or most/any other website), you consent to their user agreement. Like of sort of social contract, when you enter this agreement, you agree to follow the rules of the company in return for being allowed to be a user of that companies services.

The key here is that "you agree" to their terms. If you actions, words, posts, pictures, or what-not fall in any way outside of the confines of the agreement, the company does not have to allow the action. They aren't saying you can't say it, they are simply saying that you've AGREED not to say it here.

Unless you can find something within the user agreement which violates the Constitution or respective laws of Congress, you'll be hard pressed in a court that Yahoo! or any company violated your rights.

There is an easy solution, however. If you don't like the restrictions placed upon you by the user agreement, they simply do not use the company's services. That way, you don't feel infringed upon by anyone.

Hope that helps you understand the situation.

Yer a spoiled brat.

Get a clue.

Other countries have their own laws. You got NO rights there. Yahoo has to obey their laws.

Other countries sell little girls into marriage, feed dissadents into wood chippers, attack and arrest protesting monks, stone young women for being within 100 miles of a strange man, execute criminals when they can get a good price for their organs.

Liberalism is only fun until you have to answer for it.

"We" are free to represent ourselves to anyone in any country however "we" want to.

What you describe is the plicy of the US Governemtn if very broad terms, no an obligation on any indivdual or corporation.

Aside from difficulties with China, companies like Yahoo and Google are the leaders in spreading US knowledge, knowhow, and technology around the world. If they are second to anyone, it is maybe only large Hollywood film distribution studios.

Without them, how exactly would you be making friends from around the world? The way you used to do it? Oh yeah before these companies came along, you didn't used to do it at all did you?

But if you don't understand, you are free to find a law firm that will take the case.

Yahoo cannot violate your constitutional rights. Why don't you try actually reading the Constitution. It says "Congress shall not." Is Yahoo Congress or the government? Nope.

Idiot.
